I suspect that there may be something wrong with my ecu. Every time the ecu is moved I would get code 21 with very bad idling and reving problems. After resetting the ecu and setting it completely flat on the passenger side floor, the code and the idling problems will go away until it is moved or mounted back up.
I remember reading somewhere that there is a resistor or capacitor that can go out and cause this problem.
If you know what maybe be causing this problem please help.

ground is good on the Tstat housing.
