the fluid is leaking out the part where there are 4 bolts on about the middle of the rack closer to the steering column and is getting burned off the header and cat causing it to smoke. i tightened the bolts pretty tight when i checked out where it was leaking from but it still leaks how tight do i tighten these? i dont wanna break any more bolts do to over-tightening. also looks like there might be a gasket in there dont know for sure though if so could it just be a busted gasket?

and no its not time for a manual rack cause i already have one and cant use it do to new autocross rules in my class
