which option makes more sense???
I can either swap a B18C1 into my eg hatch (93, bone stock) or buy a 99 civic si coupe (bone stock).
Which makes more sense in the long term? Cost effective? Car will be mostly daily driver but want it to have decent power.
Thanks
V

Go with the Si. I have an EG hatch with a swap, and it seems like amotor swapped car is like a car that has been totaled. There is always something that is not 100% right, usually a little thing, but always something.

Did you happen to buy a wrecked/salvaged hatchback and then do your swap?
I have 2 hybrids and have owned 3 total and not one has ever felt like it's been totalled.

Swap would be best performance wise. However if you ever want to get rid of the car, it will be much easier to sell a 99 SI...

Swap is more cost effective. I used to have a GS-R, and the only thing that I'm missing w/ the hatch is that it's over-all a nicer car.
PS: Rememer. Chicks don't dig snatchbacks.
Edit: I don't sense any make
