Jack it up and look where the axels go inside the transmission, There is two seals either could be bad.

eather way would all the tranny fluid be come out or would it completely come out.

one of my homies had the same problem and he thought it was the seals and it came out to be some shimes in side the tranny there like spacers for the gears to align them

Not sure what the hell you are talking about. Think if you had a seal holding oil in, it gets a pin hole or small tear what happens? Starts to leak slow then prolly gets worse. Your "homie" and his "Shimes" are irrelevant. The Shims are internal. When was the last time you changed your transmission fluid? Prolly never. SO if it were my car id drain the transmission, Pop out the Passneger axel, then the driver side, unbolt the half shaft and remove, Replace the seals, reinstall axels, then fill it back up. If it still leaks you could have a hairline crack in the case. How many miles are you at?

150 k ... and both my axel seals have no sign of oil anywhere close to them. and just changed the clutch about four month ago, changed both seals, and ofcorse tranny fluid okay but i think i know what it was but not sure. i just recently put my oem piping back on and my piping was hitting my shifter. they told me that it could be the seal where the shift linkage connects to the tranny. (don't know what its called)
