Default once and for all (oil pressure sensor socket size)

hello everybody....

first off i just wanted you to know i DID searched and found 3 pages.

some said 23 deep socket, some said a 24, and some said 15/16 WTF???

i got me a 23 deep socket and it seems too small for MY sensor....

lest get this stright once please.

best regards moshik galimidi

btw this is my oil pressure sensor:

and this one is from a d16a7:

as you can see the socket is not the same. the 23mm socket works on the d16a7 sensor. but not on mine

I can't remember what size I used...

I just tried a few different wrenches and used the one that fit. You could always just measure it.

I think I used an adjustable wrench cause I didn't have a deep socket in that size lol.

24mm and 15/16" are pretty much one and the same. They're within thousandths of an inch of each other.

FYI 15/16 and 24mm are the same. like 22 and 7/8, 13 and 1/2
they arent identical but they are close enough.
