Neither one is going to create a lot of power unless he has other mods as well. Even then its not going to crerate mad amounts of power. BTW are you referring to the USDM ITR or the JDM ITR manifold?

I would go with the DC 4-1 with the 2.5 collector (JDM). Stay away from the 4-2-1 the 4-1 makes more high end power.

4-1 produces a lot of top end..

I had both.....

4-2-1 better for city driving...

4-1 better for freeway driving and quarter mile.......

I never had the chance to compare my 1/4 mile times though with both headers

either way, any header is better than stock...

I run the Greddy header on my '99 Si. It produces pretty noticable gains all the way throughout the rev range. It does not produce as much high end power as a 4-1 design but you don't lose any low end power either.
