Ok I have been troubleshooting all day. I'm not a newb in the sense of the word. I pulled the fuel (main) relay, it checked good once energized in all positions. Now you are supposed to have battery (12 volts) voltage on the yellow/black connector that plugs into the main relay, and I was reading .01. What other than wiring can cause that???? I'm sure some of you have done wiring in a civic and realize what a pain in the *** it is. All fuses have been checked and double checked. Continuity has been checked from wiring to the fuel pump , and if I add a 12 volt source to the pump it powers on. Someone please help me if you have any type of clue, I will try anything. Oh yeah I forgot, it's on a 93 civic lx.
