Default oil problems

I just built a ls vtec and I used hond piston rings and i gapped them to spec
Top compression ring to .009
second compression ring to .015
both oil rings to .009

and i put on 900 miles now i got it tuned at 150 miles and no oil leaks out of the motor at all fixed all that but it is still using oil about 250 miles to a quart...Now when I got it tuned by JK tuning the tuner told me that sense i am running buddy club spec 3s that the cam is pushing the valve seal pass its sealing area and causing me to use oil. That is good point because when ever the vtec hits that is when the smoke gets the worst.

Now i got all new valve seals in before i put it on the block the guy used a felpro seal. Is there a better valve seal out on the market that has more sealing area i guess...also i am getting no blow by out of the beather in the valve cover. And i was told that would be a sign of the rings being bad...

I just what to know what you think Honda tech anything thoughts would be sweet!
