Default Oil Pan on 1997 Honda Civic

Oil pan gasket is leaking on my 1997 Oil pan gasket. Can anyone tell me
where I can find the torque specs for the oil pan bolts, thanks

whoa!! its 9ft/lbs not 50 according to my 92-95 civic helms. i imagine it would be the same as 5th gens. dont forget your supposed to use liquid gasket on the corners where the pan curves up.

Sorry my mistake. I don't really measure this stuff... A torque wrench, in my opinion, should only be used while building engines and trannys...

and torqing wheel lugs, suspension bolts, and a lot of other stuff...heh. although when it comes to oil pan bolts just make em tight with a hand ratchet and itll be fine....probably.

But use 2 fingers and just make them snug.
