Default New headgasket water in oil (solved)

Ok heres the deal my 99 single cam civic had a misfire in cylinder 2 checked compression it was low around 30psi. So i pulled the head found that cylinder exhaust valves were stuck open! Replaced valves put new headgasket new head bolts torqued properly. Car started right up ran relly good but i noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust manifold. Shut the car down seen the oil was milky inside the valve cover. Ran the car again and it looks like the white smoke is coming from the converter aoat like heat sheild is smoking? Not sure but my guess is its just seaping out of the cat somehow. Any ideas?

Likely a bad head gasket install, unless the block is cracked.

You gotta drain coolant and oil so there's no chance either will mix
