oil light on car wont start.

oil light is not on and theres no spark. the car wont start.
my car has not started yet, and it wont start. I have a b16a in a 93 hatch cx. I have had this motor for a while in my other hatch but i took the motor outand sold that hatch and bought a new one and dropped the motor in. so I know the thing runs great.
the oil light is off, and the car wont start.. I am not sure what corrolation it has but its not starting. also, it has no spark. everything is grounded, all wires plugged in.

well if youre getting no spark then theres only so many things that can make that happen. did you connect the drivers side harness (near the shock tower)
