Are Oil coolers standard on B16's?

Re: Are Oil coolers standard on B16's? (Jedi_Sol)
All 89 to 95 b16's have oil coolers. If yours doesnt, then somebody took it off like i did to put it on my ls/vtec. I'm not sure about the 96 and up, but i know all the older 89-95 b16's i worked on had them. I know alot of other people who took them off their b16 and sold the engine like that. Its a must for a ls/vtec. My oil temp went down after installing the stock oil cooler.

USDM B16As do not have an oil cooler.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yes they DO have oil coolers, I have a jdm(91) and usdm b16(95) and both have coolers exactly like the one in the pic and the same thing i have been describing the whole time. My buddies 94 gsr motor and my other buddies 96 gsr motor both have them and I have seen pently other motors with it. Now i don't know exactly about the 99-00 b16 and jdm 96- up b16s but i would assume they all have one if older models use them. And helms specifies them. I am sure that all vtec motors come with oil coolers (h22, b16, b18c and c5) and that is what i have been saying from the beginning.
And Targa250R if you can show me a pic of a b16 or b18c or c5 without one (and hasn't been removed) then i will drop this but till then I am pretty sure you are wrong.

Re: Are Oil coolers standard on B16's? (turboxsi)
My 2000 (cast and assembled in 99) B16A2 absolutely did not have an oil cooler. I had the car for 3 years and changed the oil filter myself at least 12 times.
