oil cooler question (with pictures)
see i want to put this here oil cooler on, but im not sure of how to do just that. should i run lines to a little oil cooler radiator or what? your input please.

that looks like the honda one it just loops the oil around the large water line on the back of the engine. You shouldn't have any proplem getting a universal oil cooler and plumbing it to the front of the car

It goes where the oil filter goes normally and then oil filter sits on top of it. There's a threaded bolt that you need to use (double sided threads) that's avaliable from Honda retail.

Many trucks or cars for that matter have trans coolers that are cooled by what? Air! Ambient air temp is always cooler that any engine (coolant) up to operating temp.

^Agreed.
It is a headache for not much improvement. Just like a water to air intercooler, they are compact and simple, but their performance is very lacking. An oil cooler is a great idea, but not like that.
