Default Offset

Need some help on "offset", i basically know nothing and am planning to buy used rims pretty soon. Need to know it they will fit my car. 1999 sedan. size= 205/55/15

The lug pattern is more important that the offset. The lug pattern should be 4 x 100 if its a civic or integra. If you have your stock brakes I don't think the offset of the wheel would cause any danger, but don't take my word for it.

for a civic i wouldn't go any lower than a +40 offset or higher than a +45 offset.
