Default Is this an OEM paint colour for EG hatches?

I saw a '92 EG hatch in my local B&S that says it is Anthracite/Dark grey in colour, the owner says that it came this way from factory, is this even an OEM colour for hatchbacks? I've never seen/heard about this colour coming OEM in my experience.

I'm not sure if this was offered in the US only, or Canada also..

Yep, OEM color. My buddy has a 92 cx that color.

It's something like phantom grey metallic I think.

Yes Phantom Grey Metallic, and it's not really rare at all.

It was offered on the 1992-1995 CX, DX and VX models so it's not statistically rare at all.

If you want rare try finding a Frost White Si hatchback.

If you want rare try finding a Harvard Blue hatchback.

I'm speaking in terms of USDM stuff here. We did not even have a 1992-1993 Frost White Si here in the U.S, so you're limited to the 1994-1995 Si hatchback which wasn't produced in as much volume due to the much better sales of the 1994-1995 EX coupe.

Canada also got Vogue Silver 99-00 Civic SiR (our Si here) coupes too. Canada got some pretty different stuff from the U.S.
