OEM eg airbox vs. aem
Quick question. what do you guys think about a stock eg6 airbox with ram air tubing to front bumper with drop in k&n vs. aem short ram. hp number wise.
The reason i ask is i want to keep the engine looking stock but perform well. i ask about aem is because the carb number keeps me legal ( and i already own it) here in the land off hood popping cops.

Re: OEM eg airbox vs. aem (akumaracer)
There will be more horsepower gained out of the AEM, but surprisingly the stock airbox will net more torque then the AEM.

with a KN drop in filter it will do enough for daily driven, best bet to use one from a ITR or Del-sol Vtec stock air box with tube.
or go to this website that I ran into the other day
