Odd Problem??
Ok a friend of mine is having trouble with his gsr swap. he has it in a 93 civic. the car is running rich and the vtec is not engaging. So i ran his codes and it only pulled two codes. #10 IAT, #22 vtec oil pressure valve. his IAT his hooked up and i checked the wire for the pressure valve running to the ECU into D6 (correct me if i am wrong). Still nothing. Also Something else that is odd is it is only throwing thoses two codes but yet the map sensor isn't hooked up. could anybody help out.

Re: (91hybridDX)
yes everything but the map sensor is hooked up but the only codes it throws are the IAT, and Vtec Pressure Valve. Shoudn't it be throwing a map sensore CEL also?

Re: (JLefevers)
from my understanding 1 wire goes from the oil pressure switch to the ecu and the other pin on the sensor is grounded. u then want to be sure that u didint get any of the plugs mixed up, a few have the same connector and just because u got 2 mixed up doesnt mean it will throw 2 codes. also w/o the map hooked up it will run like crap
