ODB2 B18C IN TO '94 CIVIC DX WIRING QUESTIONS

ODB2 B18C IN TO '94 CIVIC DX WIRING QUESTIONS
What's up,
I'm helping my buddy do a swap, it's a 97 b18c going into a 94 civic dx. we're using all odb1 accesories(dizzy, alternator and starter). we're also using an odb1 b16a engine harness.
here are my questions:
not all the connectors reach their respective connections and there are some connections that don't seem to have a connector going to them. EGR, ODB2 sensors?
there is a box under the intake plenums that has vacuum lines going to it, what is this?
there is also a sensor on top of the intake plenums whis a line going to it from the evap cannister, what is this?
where is the knock sensor?
what wires do i have to run to the ecu to make vtec work?
