OBD2A to OBD2B with P2T ECU NO START!
I used an OBD2A to OBD1 jumper harness and a P06 converted and car runs fine, but as soon as I switch over to a new OBD2A to B harness and put in the P2T ECU that came with the swap.....the car won't start and stay running and throws an instant CEL...can anyone help me out here? Not keeping the car so the whole OBD1 tuning crap isn't of importance to me...thanks!
car is 1998 Civic EX with original harness an extras adapted in by previous owner...and ECU and Swap are from a 99 USDM B16A2 Si.

No brainer. It's your jumper harness or your ECU. That's all I can tell you from the little you gave us to go on.

Well for starters all Honda and Acura OBD2B ECUs have an imobilizer/anti theft in the ECU that will keep the car from running. Either run the ECU that was working before or you have to have the imobilizer reprogrammed to work with you car, oh you will need a imobilizer key as well.
