obd2a or obd2b... how to tell?
i have a type r swap in my ek civic.... out of a 2001 integra type r... im trying to get a conversion harness for it to run my obd1 p28.
before i go out and spend the $$ i want to make sure that i have the right harness.
does anyone know how to tell the difference between obd2 a/b

If it's from a 2001 USDM engine, it's 2b. If you had to remove an immobilizer to get it to run, it's 2b.
If neither of those, but it's still 2001, then it's probably JDM, and then it's 2a.
Do you know if it's US or JDM?

it is a b18c5.... so im guessing its udsm.
i know you can do the swap in the ek chassis without swapping the harness. so i am not too sure.
