Man... honestly... if you know anything at all about swaps and different OBD's then PLEASE help me out. I dunno if you seen my thread or not...
But 2000 civic hatch (obd2b), swapped in a 1996 b18b from an integra (obd2a). Using the stock obd2b engine harness from the hatch... with an obd2b to obd1 conversion harness runnning the b18b with a p75 obd1 b18b ECU.
It wont run right. At all. I am honestly all out of ideas....

That would be it. Shitty vid, but if you listen to it with headphones or good speakers you can hear exactly what it does. and tried putting the old D16 ecu from the old motor that was in it and it didnt do any of that shaking or running super rrich, it just didnt idle very well which is understandable, but it ran pretty well.
Got a CEL for #9 - CYP: Cylinder Sensor - P1381 (intermittent interruption), P1382 (no signal)
Tried putting a different distributor from my DD integra on it and it didnt really make any difference at all.
I even tried my hondata s300 on it, with a stock b18b map that Hondata Smanager software comes with. And same thing still. I thought hondata would run ANYTHING correctly...

Use an OBD2B engine harness. The somewhat longer answer is you could run a wire directly from the igniter to the tach test wiring in the driver's side back corner of the engine bay. But I honestly have no idea how you'd fix the speedo issue without using an OBD2 harness. I assume since you only mentioned one CEL that you've done the 3 to 2 wire IACV conversion.

Watched the video, but it's not really telling me anything right off.
Check the wiring between the distributor and the ECU for a short or open.
