Default OBD2 to OBD1??

First off, i'm new to this board but not new to cars..

what would be a better buy? I found a zex kit for 300$ used or should i invest my money in getting a chipped P28 ECU (8100 rev. cut off, 5100 Vtec, no speed governer)

i have a '00 civic EX : intake, no cat, 2 1/4 exhaust piping, exospeed camshaft, Zex valvesprings, SSR 4.7 FD, and some other stuff that probably isn't worth listing..

thanks a lot guys..

if your cam makes power over the stock red line than get an obd1 conversion for sure. It will also eliminate your o2 sensor cel from having no cat. Check out hyperducktuning. Seem to have the best deal imo. Also which exospeed camshaft did you get and how do you like it? Any dynos?

Its one of the custom cams..not sure what the specs are, I bought it off of a guy on another board. It pulls pretty good, but the idle is really lumpy. Do you know how i can fix that?

no dyno's yet, but i just wanted to let all you SOHC guys know that the Final drive had to be the best mod i've done to the car... SO get one!...haha =D
