Default obd1 d15b8 to obd2 d16y8

I was wondering how hard or if any one has done a mini me swap, from a 92 d15b8 to a y8 head? Would you need new wiring harness, whats all involved?

there are FAQ's at the top of this 92-00 Civic / Del Sol section, browse through it if you have anymore questions. you will get flamed for not searching.
