Default obd1 code 41

hey guys, i have a 93 civic with a type-r swap. (b16b block, b18c head) and its throwing code 41. i looked up a thread and this is what i found:

http://htarchive.org/showthread.php?t=234781

now, my car isnt acting up like his was. mine is running fine, i just noticed my fuel economy is a little worse now.

i reset the code and drove my car around a bit and it didnt come on. then i goosed the throttle a bit and got up to about 4.5k and it popped on. and ideas?

(its a brand new 02 sensor btw)
