Default Is this normal when you change clusters?

I had a ctr cluster in my car and it worked fine. I took it out and put in a si cluster. I believe when I put it in the gas needle was at the bottom. When I put it in and started the car it moved up to the full position. Is this normal? I let the car run for a while and it didnt drop. Any suggestions?

ummm, is your gas full??? it reads your gas when your car is on, so its normal. unless your gas tank isnt full then you have a problem.

I think the cluster is bad, look at the back of the cluster, make sure nothing is burnt out. I had a cluster that burned out somehow and my tach didn't work.

Maybe someone pulled off the needle and didn't pop it back in the right spot? Who knows

If you're swapping cluster for cluster, just swap over the fuel guages before you sent your ctr out.
