noob question.
this has nothing related to civics, but i own one so you guys are gonna help me 
okay so, im not a newb to ht..but i've never deleted IM comversations...lately i've been pm'img and recieving alot of pm's because of parts i needed and various questions...how do i delete the pm's sent to/from someone?

and how do i redeem myself the 100% rate? i was docked 4% for posting on the wrong thread
