Default Noob here w/ 96 Hatch

New to the H-T and looking forward to my new build. It's been years since my last civic and glad to be back in one.

I have a 96 Hatch DX auto (wife can't drive stick), d16y7 but already have my Y8 head and intake manny. Looking for a header and a ram air intake to start my weekend mini-me swap.

I've got rear disc conversion and skunk2 lowering springs ready to go...

Awaiting CTR lip kit and yellow oem fogs before dropping car off at body shop for a face lift...

Just need to find me a nice quite exhaust system (WS2 like)

I'll get pics up as soon as I figure out how...

F**K the Mini-me swap, waste of time and nothing but problems

Forget the header and ram air intake and invest that into getting your car running at Tip-top shape.

Sale those JUNK2 Lowering springs and save up for Koni/GC setup

Keep the stock exhaust and if you really want to have a deeper tone and get rid of some of the raspyness just do a 1"-2"

And lastly Trade the auto for a similar stick and TEACH YOUR WIFE HOW TO DRIVE STICK. There is no reason not to know how to drive stick. It saves gas, it's GREAT TO KNOW how, saves money on 99% of most parts and it's so much more enjoyable to drive. Also read the FAQ at the top in the stickied thread's to find out how to post pictures.
