I left my car sitting in the most humid of places, Okinawa Japan. no one moved it for 6 months cause it would start. Got the car running but now it wont move and I'm thinking its because the ebrake was set the whole time seeing as I have a manual transmission any ideas what it could be?

Get the car on jackstands, release the e-brake, and see which wheel(s) is seized. Then, take a dead-blow hammer (plastic sledge hammer filled with sand or equivalent. just not a metal sledge hammer) and bang on the seized wheel/hub until it spins free. This worked on my CX which had a seized rear wheel with drum brakes.

when I pulled my del sol out of the woods one of the brake calipers were locked up solid cut the brake hose out of anger and beat it off with its tire iron for a half hour


you may have 1 or multiple seized brake calipers also be prepared for brake calipers that no longer hold pressure and/or a master cylinder that no longer plungered
my car had sat a year and everything that had something to do with brakes was ruined

I hope you dont have that big of a problem

so my brake pads were rusted to the rotors and wouldnt let them move at all so i took the calipers off and i'm gonna replace the pads tomorrow drive my car to a shop take the rotors off and get them turned

Unless the rotors are warped, you don't need to get them turned. Rust build-up on rotors is normal. Give them two or three good (safe) slams in a parking lot or you're driveway, and they'll be shiny again.

it honestly looks like theres a inch of rust on them though. I should of taken a pic

There isn't. The rotors are barely an inch thick between the panes. It's only surface rust.
