Default noise when downshifting or hitting bumps

i have an ek hatch w/ JRSC gsr motor no lsd.

everytime i downshift hard or when i do a hard pull and ran on uneven road surface my car would make a rattling noise, sort of like metals hitting each other. it seems like everytime i let go of the clutch hard, it happens. i dont notice any clutch slippage though!

this only started happening after the motor swap, but now it happens a lot that i have the supercharger running.

thanks

Thats what it sounds like to me. Check the rear mount, if its worn than the motor and shift forward when you let off the gas. it kinda makes a clunking or thumping noise.

definately mounts... stock dseries mounts couldnt hold a skateboard... that didnt make sense... but you get the idea.. you really need to get new mms id suggest hasports.. they are really good.. ive had them on my car for at least 2 years now and they never break.. if they do lifetime warrenty.. in fact... ive actually snapped the bracket and a bolt.. but never one of their mounts lol.. good siht

hmm. i did damage my driver side mount due to bad injectors recently. but its been making that noise since i got the swap over a year ago.
maybe it is the mounts since im on stock mounts. and the engine moves quite a bit when i rev it!

What do bad injectors have to do with motor mounts?
Anyway, like everyone else said. Check your mounts.

because the engine would shake so much running on 3 cylinders koz of the bad injectors that it broke the mount.

would the oem integra mounts fit mine or just the 99-00 b16's only?
wat kinda damage am i looking at if i dont change this?
anyways thanks for the help everyone!

i would check the drivers side shock tower cause i have seen the pulley on the supercharger hit the shock tower so make sure that is not happening
