Just out of curiousity, why are you looking for it?
But to answer it, it should be located under the dash near your fuse box. If you can't find it, just leave the keys in and look under the dash and listen for the sound lol.

Re: (eskimo10)
Im looking for it to diconnect it cuz mine is backwards (beeps when the keys ARENT in the ignition). I know its right near the fuse box but i get up under the dash and it just seems like the beeping is coming from the center of the fuse box.

Re: (tx6stringer)
to anyone wondering, its located inside the large black box on the rear of the fuse box (side towards front of car). taking out this large black box will stop the beeping but also cause side effects such as srs light to come on, dome light disabled, and slowest setting of wipers not to work. If you open this box, the black cylnder with the hole in the top located at the top corner is the actual noise maker. I pulled the box out, destroyed the noise maker inside of it and attached the box back to the fuse box. noise stopped and everything went back to normal. The only other thing is the srs light will have to be reset. Worked great.
