noir exhaust and rear itr swaybar fitment problem

noir exhaust and rear itr swaybar fitment problem
Car: 92 civic si hb
So I had purchased the asr/itr swaybar kit and am not able to put the swaybar on because the exhaust is in the way. The back of the exhaust towards the left, doesn't provide me with much room to put the bracket on. What do you guys suggest I do in order to make this fit? Has anyone come across this problem? I love the way the exhaust looks and sounds so I don't really want to change or get rid of it.
