No Power to Distributor!

No Power to Distributor!
I have a 2000 civic coupe getting no power to the dizzy for spark and it is not starting.
I have fuel (fuel pump kicks on), new ngk plugs and ngk wires along with cap and rotor all new. All fuses have been checked up hood and dash along with #9 ignition fuse.
I have used a test light and checked right out of the harness no power. Looked at saftey switch on clutch pedal appears good. I have drove the car last two days runs awesome.
Can't figure this out any help please!!!! Thanks Trevor

Re: No Power to Distributor!
I did that because I was just double checking to make sure my ecu wasn't bad so from there I did the trouble shooting after trying the most simple thing and come to find out like I said there was no power out of the engine harness to the dizzy

Re: No Power to Distributor!
Is there anything (part wise) that could be broken on the car that's not allowing power to run through the harness to the dizzy that I haven't checked?

Re: No Power to Distributor!
I finally pulled out the engine harness and check both end where it plugged into the chasis they had power but wasn't making it through the harness untaped it and chaffed power wire!
I appreciate the effort and help. Learned something new though testing the ICM
