No power to car at all!

No power to car at all!
I just dropped my tranny and put a new one on. Now I went to put the battery back on and it sparked and there is no power what so ever. I replaced the battery fuse and nothing. Can anyone help me out?

Also check to make sure both battery cables are tightened down good, and check the fuses primarily in the box under the hood but a good once over on all fuses can't hurt.
