Default NO POWER

I posted about my problem yesterday, and I have looked into it some more. I have power at the ignition switch, but no power at the starter when I turn the key. I could spark the starter straight from the battery with a switch and it turns over. I have searched on the forums and there is no other post like mine. Oh yeah I checked the starter fuse under the dash, what else can it be? I want to check the starter relay but I don't know where it is and where to get one. So...right now I just start it with a switch.

what would the fuse be called? I read some of them, but it didn't seem to have any related to my problem
