Default No Cluster Lights?

So all my lights work, but when its night out and i turn my headlights on, the cluster doesnt light up - i got a 92 cx with a ex swap cluster i tried to take the odometer out cause it wasnt working at first but i found out it wasnt plugged in. anyone have any ideas?? i checked fuses - my clock wasnt workin and my stereo wouldnt work so i found out that a fuse under the hood was broken i cant remember which it was but it was a 7.5 brown one in the back. and replaced it now clock and radio works but still no cluster lights

also my other lights work (seat belt, brake) and the cx ecu has shift light so my cruise control light goes off, can i just take this out?? leme know please. thanks.

it has to be your fuses. RECHECK them, just to make sure you didnt pull out the wrong ones.
