Default Cluster No worky, Or Turn Signals

Well my friend Jump started his car, and then all of a sudden his Cluster stopped working as well as his turn signals. We checked every single fuse in the car. The hazards work, but No L/R. Also all the lights come on as far as oil pressure, cel, and otheres (Except signals). What could it be? its a 92 cx hatch witha z6 in it.
*Update*
Ok now he says that he went to jump the car, and somehow he had the cables backwards(i know i know he is weird.) well the radio stopped working, and so i told him to check the engine bay backup fuse it was blown so he replaced that and the radio started to work again. When he was changeing the fuses and checking them then as stated above the Cluster and Turn Signals stopped working.

Everything works except Rpm, Speedo, etc etc, and the turn signals.

cables backwards?
your supposed to have the positives connected to each other and the negative terminal of the good battery grounded to the chassis of the car with the dead battery.

so are you saying he connected negative to positive and attempted to ground the positive?

are you attempting to help? did you even read the whole post?
I said he jumped the car the cables were backwards, and now the cluster dosent work, nor do the turn signals. thats what we are trying to figure out, not how to properly jump a car.
