you mean Nt450's?? I have them on, they're a good, decent tire. Good grip, good in rain, and they've lasted through a lot of abuse. I would 195's if I were you, and 75 does seem a bit high, considering you could get Azenis' for 52 bucks a piece through Sears.

Haven't heard of the 460's but I have a set of Nitto 450's on my hatch and they are CRAP. They cost me $55 a tire and I got what I paid for.

first time at the track with them I had a 2.3 60 foot, was only 3 seconds behind a Type R and Mr2 on a 60 second road course and they were experienced older drivers on slicks, and I drive in the rain, sometimes snow, and they're cheap

...they are ok... but im much happier with my yoko's...
As long as you're going with OEM-sized tires, and if you have Discount Tire Company stores in your area, I would recommend you check out the Yokohama YK420 tires that they carry. They are made especially for them, and you cannot get them anywhere else. The price should be about the same.
I don't think Yokokhama makes a 'bad' tire. From reading the boards, I can't say the same about Nitto...

Nitto NT460's do exist, I have a set on my wife's Accord.
They have 4600 tread wear rating
as far as traction, they suck *****
but they sure have lasted a long time
