New tranny, new MTF?
Now, before someone blatently attacks me, I used to GD search function, and only turned up threads with a bunch of retarded, good for nothing replies, 90% be sarcastic/smart ***.
I'm picking up my new tranny on Friday, which happens to be a '95 GSR tranny with an OBX diff. Question I have leans towards tranny fluid. In my last tranny I used GM Syncromesh. Good stuff, caused no harm to my tranny, I just wanted to get rid of my goofy hydro-to-cable conversion, on account of me hating the feel it provided.
Now, I read MULTIPLE responses of people saying to use Honda MTF, GM syncromesh, this and that, but didn't really see too much dealing with aftermarket differentials. In the past in all my other performance cars, I've used all of Royal Purple's products, and have yet to have a bad experience. The other day at the local Pep Boys, I noticed RP now has a "synchromesh" tranny fluid.
Granted this is one area I WILL NOT skimp, as I don't want shitty fluid destroying my $800 tranny, what would you guys reccomend?
Cliff Notes:

As a baseline, I'd use Amsoil Synthetic 5w30 Synchromesh 'MTF', its what I use in my 94 civic and it shifts a lot better than either the Honda MTF or the Redline MTL I've had in there before. Then see if your differential has any special friction modifier requirements and add them. Some diffs have a specific fluid they'd prefer to see you use or what works best, some take their own fluid seperate from tranny fluid.
