I got a new Em1 today, clean title never been wrecked but the wiring is sort of a mess. I've had it for 2 days now, it was alright until I went and cleaned up some of the wiring cause some of it where it had been spliced was shorting out. So I finished that up hooked everything back up but went to the gas station and i cut my car off when I get gas so when I was done got back in it, turned the key to start it and when I did everything just cut off, the horn, lights, everything went out. It wouldn't turn on or anything. So ii let it sit for a while I got out and closed my door and the vibration from the door made everything come back on so i tried it again and everything went out again so I tapped the bottom of the steering wheel and it made everything come on so there is a short some where I believe. What component would short out and cause that kind of failure to everything? It seems like every part of it just looses power nothing at all works. But I finally got it started and it was all good for a while but i went a few minutes ago to pull it into my garage and then it did it all over again. And no my battery is NOT dead, and all the connection on the battery is good.
