Negative Camber
I have a 1998 Civic Ex D16Y8 with a manual transmission and I have replaced the rack and pinion, upper control arms, outer tie rods, lower ball joints, and sway bar links. It looks as if my right front tire has a negative camber issue. I haven't gotten a front end alignment yet but it is my understanding that there is no camber adjustment for my particular model just toe. I did a pretty good job of aligning it myself as the steering wheel is straight and it does not drift to either side when I am driving.

The springs may be bent. Replace both front struts (spring and shock) as well. That's what solved my neg camber issue.

@muellersfan I forgot to mention that I also installed new Monroe Quick struts all the way around.

If you have installed all OEM suspension parts, then do what Tony suggested to see whether a shop alignment fixes the problem.

I do not believe Monroe Quick Struts are OEM and just may be the item that introduced the camber issue. May require a camber kit to correct.

Thanks for all the input guys, I was planning on getting an alignment next week. I just wanted to see if there any other fixes that could be done prior to getting it properly aligned.

Funny thing, woke up this morning with this post on my mind and it occurred to me, I think I am wrong in my original thought that the strut can cause camber issues.
This morning I pictured the front end of the 92-95 and the knuckle angles is controlled by the upper A arm and the lower control arm. The strut controls height and cushioning. I don't think it can affect the trigonometry of the knuckle. If all the parts except the strut are stock, then something else is awry to cause a camber issue.
I really don't know what I was thinking on my previous post.

I went to work the other day and I reverse parked my car and then for some reason I thought about putting it in park after I drove it forward a couple of feet. I got out of the car and it looked normal. I got a friend to take a look at it while I drove it in reverse and then forward again. He confirmed the camber difference when driving it in reverse. Hopefully the alignment will fix whatever it is. I'll keep you posted.
