I was wondering if anyone knows how you seal up the following part for a B16a head. I checked http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and it doesn't list any gasket for it. Here are pics of the part I need a gasket for and it is Number 6 in the diagram:

Yeah, it looks like it was sealed previously with Hondabond.

Yeah it was barely sealed previously as it leaked slightly. I don't see why there isn't a gasket of some kind since it is metal to metal contact.

clean off the surface of the water neck...and its mating surface

and put a coat of hondabond on...u should be good to go

Hondabond.....just a film layer. Clean both surfaces with a razor blade to remove any remnants. If you put too much on, the mating surfaces will be uneven and it will leak.
I used a razor blade to spread the hondabond evenly across the surface before mating, probably 1mm thickness or less is needed.
