Need some info on nitrous.
Alright well I never was really interested in nitrous until a few weeks ago. A buddy of mine is selling his zex kit for 150 bucks and I was considering maybe picking it up. What kinda extra prep work can you do to your motor to help it last long and run the nitrous safely. I plan on running a small shot like a 50 or something. Just a little something extra when neccessary. Any input would be great. Oh real quick the motor is a b16a. Im at school right now so ill try to get back to here when I can. Thanks for the help.

Re: Need some info on nitrous. (Civic Hybrid)
You can run a 50 shot fine on stock internals.
Just g2 change the timing a bit, I forgot what the "rule of thumb" was for nitrous tuning.

Re: Need some info on nitrous. (THC07)
So if I time it correctly and run a 50 shot it should be pretty safe. I was also told that I should get some fuel work done. Any info on if this is true or not? And as far as stock internals go....I have skunk 2 springs, retainers, and valves but I haven't put them in yet. I was going to wait until I bought cams but would it be better to just throw them in if I run the nitrous?
