edit.. posted for all to see
if your trans is cable, and you want to keep it, why do you need to hydro lines? the pedal assembly from any 92-00 civic and 94-00 teg will work. if the 90-93 teg pedals are 2 piece like the aforementioned, then they will work as well. the only difference is the type of connection that the throttle cable connects to the gas pedal with. i can tell you though, that removing the ENTIRE steering collum will make this process much easier. just get a sharpie and scribe a line from the shaft to the joint where the colum bolts to it and you wont have any issues lining it back up

Doesn't the cable stop on the firewall? If it rests there and not on the pedal assembly, it won't work. Been too long since I've been in a DA or EF to think about it.
Otherwise, using the hydro setup and get a hydro to cable conversion isn't tough.

Gas and Brake pedal can be from 88-00 Civic and 90-01 Integra. If you want to go cable trans then you need a 88-91 Civic or 90-93 Integra clutch setup along with clutch cable.
That wont be your biggest problem as you will need a special upper trans mount to make this work. Im not sure if hasport has one out on the market but i know they could make you a custom one. If not what you need to do is take off the chassis upper trans mount point and swap it in with a manual THEN get the hydro to cable mount.

Auto to manual mount only works for hydro trans. It wont sit on the cable trans (i believe its the bolt pattern thats the problem), thats why you need a special auto to manual cable trans mount.

it's not worth it, selling the tranny and getting a new one (time+costs) will probably end up being easier then doing that stupid swap
doesn't that tranny also use a cable driven VSS

Yes but electrical VSS will bolt right up.
