labor would be a bitch. find someone on H-T that is local to you, and pay them. they'd prob help you out.

My advice? You bought the automatic for a reason. Go with it.
Get a 1995 Acura Integra LS B18 engine and automatic transmision and use that. If you really want VTEC, then do the LS/VTEC conversion. If you want even more power, use a B20 block.
If you really want to go to manual, ditch the 4 door automatic and find a manual you like. I realize this probably isn't the answer you want to hear, and what you want to do CAN be done, but it's a pain.
Good luck, and choose well.

agrees with shawn. It might take a little longer, but I would do it "tom-style"..hah! Id keep your 4d00r automatic for a daily driver for awhile, search for a no motor car and drop your motor in there.
