WAY to much for a 93 with 200,000 on it (IMO). I am going to guarantee the body is not in MINT condition. I wouldn't pay that much for it.

Only problem areas other than what is mentioned would be rear quarters for the rust. Reach your hand inside the quarter panel and feel for the bondo. I would also check the title to make sure it's clean. I had a friend get screwed because he did not look at the title until he got home.

When I first got my del slow I bought it CLEANNNN freshly painted from a dealer in the neighborhood who wanted to get rid of it for $2700 with ls swap, gsr tranny, and a few other goodies and the body had 189k. I wouldnt pay over $2000 IMO. Roof is GOING to leak and probably the trunk too as well. I had to silicone any opening and I still get a little water in a all day storm. Just some info if you're really interested in getting the sol. But I do love the car. Good luck.

they are worth it. but 3k is waaayyy too much. i coulda bought both my sols for a lil more then that. even though only one is perfectly clean, still leaks though.

KBB it'll come out to around 1600-1800 tops.

Check for headgasket leaks. Look for bubbles in the coolant reservoir or a pressurized(hard) upper radiator hose when idling. Stick or Auto?
If auto check trans fluid. Look for oil leaks under the hood. If oil leak under the distributor it's an easy fix 0-ring. Oil leaks lower on the block could be rear engine oil seal.Pull engine. Original engine? I had to replace my D16Z6(headgasket) @ 185K was about $1500 installed with a lot of new parts.
Buy it for $2K put about $1-1.5K in it eventually and it's a fun investment.
