Need help with swap
Just got a b20b swap with a b16 head converted to vtec installed in my 94 civic coupe. Well i took it to e-town yesterday and ran a 16.0@ 83 with a 2.3 60'. The car feels pretty slow, it howls and it shakes pretty bad. The swap was done by stage 2 in north brunswick,nj. Someone suggested that the valves need to be adjusted and maybe it has something to do with the injectors? Could this make the car this slow?? Any help is appreciated.

From the time you ran, looks like those installer guys didn't do something right. If I had a swap done by a shop (WHICH NEVER WILL HAPPEN AS LONG AS I LIVE) and the result is a slow *** car, I would definitely go and bitch someone. But then again, it might be your driving skills. Who knows?

Re: Need help with swap (NVturbo)
Well its def not my driving skills. I know my 60 foot is pretty bad but the car should not be anywhere near a 16 and the trap speed is just horrible. I also have an evo that i run low 13's all day and a 12 sec 300zx so it cant be my driving.

Well..if that is the case then...take your car back to those guys and demand an answer...not excuses why your car is running so shitty! That's BOOSHIT when a shop hands over a customer's car that is not in 100% top running condition. That's why I swap in my own motors. Good luck, bro.
