You need to buy SI ebrake cables They hook up to the rear caliper.

I don't think the USDM 1999-2000 Civic Coupe SI came with ABS. The parking brake cables for drum brake assemblies have a different end fitting than they do for disc brake assemblies (calipers). There might also be a difference in length (I haven't compared the 2 yet).

Since you have an EK chassis, you should go with RedEK9's advice and get the 99-00 SI Parking Brake Cables (47510-S04-932 & 47560-S04-932). They run about $35-40 each. (edit: oops, too late) But don't forget to order 2 clevis pins (43471-SD2-930), 2 cotter pins (90705-SD2-931), and 2 cable clips (90651-SV1-A01) if they didn't come with your calipers... Another $6 or so.

If you are considering maintaining ABS for your vehicle, you need to find a donor vehicle with ABS spindles & hubs. I don't know which ABS Sensors, Modulators etc. are needed, as I neither have nor plan on having it. Anyway, here's a *partial* list of Civic/Integra models that had rear disc brakes with ABS:
Year Make Model Trim Rear Hub/Bearing OEM #
1992 Honda Civic 4D EX + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1993 Honda Civic 4D EX + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1994 Acura Integra 3D GS-R, LS 42200-SR3-A53
1994 Acura Integra 43 GS-R, LS 42200-SR3-A53
1994 Honda Civic 2D EX + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1994 Honda Civic 3D SI + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1994 Honda Civic 4D EX + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1995 Acura Integra 3D GS-R/L, LS/S 42200-SR3-A53
1995 Acura Integra 4D GS-R/L, LS/S 42200-SR3-A53
1995 Honda Civic 2D EX + ABS 42200-SR3-A53
1996 Acura Integra 3D GS-R/L, LS/S 42200-SR3-A53
1996 Acura Integra 4D GS-R/L, LS/S 42200-SR3-A53

You can cross reference a model you think is best and get the right Sensors & crap... If you're willing to spend anywhere from $1500-2000! You might wanna scavenge at a junkyard for these things, but then again...

If your car doesn't have ABS, then I recommend NOT adding it. You can run ABS Spindles & Hubs on your project vehicle (together, as I haven't been able to confirm spindle sizes), just remove the extra junk. Just know what you're buying (Year, Make, Model, Trim, Options) in case you need to replace anything.

Let us know what you have (YMMTO). You can browse http://www.acuraoemparts.com/ and http://www.slhondaparts.com/browse.asp?Model=CIVIC to see which part #s are the same.
