NEED HELP FAST.. CANT GET 93 CIVIC DX GUAGE BEZEL OR CLUSTER OUT

Default NEED HELP FAST.. CANT GET 93 CIVIC DX GUAGE BEZEL OR CLUSTER OUT

i cant get the black bezel the goes over top the cluster to come off of the dash. we took out the 2 screws on top and one screw behind the hazard swithc but its still really tight an just wants to crack?? am i missing a screw or is there some technique to take it out

Technique is to take a flathead screwdriver and pry from the driver side vent. This is how I do it everytime for the last 30 times.

Yeah, it'll still be in there pretty tight even without the screws but don't be afraid of breaking it, just pry that bitch out of there.

have you tried tiltin the steering wheel all the way down?

put your hand in the hole for the hazard switch and pull the passenger side out slowly.. then right above the steering wheel pry up easily and 2 clips will come out of the bottom.. the when its loose on the passenger side pull the driver side out and towards the passenger side at the same time.. ti will take a little prying on this side..

just yank it off.if you break it u buy another one,its not that much to replace it

theres also a bolt behind where the clock should be..... then yea use the flathead to pop it up and out
