Default Need help with broke tool down oil passage.

Crappy ending to a good day of working on my engine. So I decided to change the valve stem seals on my B18C today. Everything went great until i used a cheap center punch to hold the cams while i torqued the cam gears on. The punch broke and the cam turned and the broke part fell into the oil passage between #1 an #2 cylinder valves. So my question is does that go straight down to the oil pan? I hope it does so I can pull the oil pan and find it.
