Default need help badly

heres the deal, My car is sputters when any throttle is given to it other than the slightest easiest touch of the gas. When it idles in nuetral and I gas it, its fine. The speedo will go all crazy and the tach sky rockets to like 8 grand when the engine sputters. If I'm all over and just let it sputter it will either stall of backfire. It would do this every once and a while before but now it is all the time. My battery dies also. I have an optima that is like a month old, I just replaced the alternator so it's not those two, I set the fuel pressure and I set the ignition timing, after all this it ran fine for about one spin around the block and then the same old crap. The car has an auto to manual conversion and a mini-me swap to a y8. I haven't put the p28 in yet so it is throwing me a secondary o2 code(but that has been there since day one, since it isn't wired in), please any help

can somebody please give me some input, anything that you can think of, maybe I was overthinking things, or overlooked something simple, any help at all?

or a bad ground if the batttery is dying and you get a sputter in the motor that could cause it.

I have an external msd blaster 2 coil, I've hated that mickey mouse set up from day one and I think that maybe it. I'm going to go back to the stock internal tomarrow after work and give her a tune up this weekend, hopefully that'll shake the bugs loose. If it has anything to do with the dizzy I have a couple of spares(fortunately), Thanks for the input
